Happy Read Across America Week. As the week winds down we just wanted to say thank you for participating. It is so fun to see our students dressed up each day and to watch their faces light up while listening to a guest reader. We also had an amazing turnout for Bingo for Books! According to the Department of Education, the more students read or are read to for fun on their own time and at home, the higher their reading scores, generally.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop? The world may never know but 4th grade knows that it’s more than 100!

We are all 100 days smarter! Happy Read Across America week! Mrs. Bertholf's class had the 100 year old version of Ms. Cannon show up as their special reader!
