National School Bus Safety Week October 17-21, 2022
Keeping our most precious cargo safe!
Elsberry High School’s October Senior of the Month is Lillie Jones, daughter of Kim and Tracey Jones.
Career week speakers visited Mrs. Head's art classes to discuss opportunities in the arts industry. Claire Hasemeier brought samples of her jewelry, spoke about art as a small business, and had the students try their hand at knotting techniques called macro-macrame.
Georganna Krumlinde spoke about being a heritage artist and shared many art forms she creates. Students made a quilt square that Georganna will use to construct a quilt to donate to Shriners Hospital.
Advanced art students enjoyed a live tattoo demonstration from Copper Fox studio owners Alexis Black and JD Brown while learning about the industry and art form.
