Attention all athletes at Elsberry Middle School and Elsberry High School:
On August 14th there will be a mandatory meeting for all athletes who plan on playing a sport during the 2022-2023 year at 5pm in the high school gym. You need to contact the AD, Kari Koch-Dowell and your coach prior to this meeting if you are unable to attend.

Middle School Practice Starts 8/15.
Softball at 4pm @ the Field
Cross Country at 6-7:15pm @ Sun Valley Golf Course
You must have a physical before you can participate. Physicals are good 2 years. If you turned one in last year you are good for this year.

Any High School boy interested in playing soccer this fall, practice will be Monday August 8th from 6-8! You must have a physical on file from this year or last year. I will have a cooler full of water. Remember you need 14 practices to play the first game! - Coach Johnson

The Elsberry Athletic Booster Club is sponsoring a golf tournament August 20th at Sun Valley Golf Course. The booster club provides uniforms and other needed equipment for our student athletes. They are seeking sponsors and teams for the tournament.

EHS baseball team is back in the state tournament and looking to make a run! The team loves the support and would love to see their classmates at the game! Four local businesses will be sponsoring a pep bus to go to Palmyra, pay your way in, and even feed you pizza during the game! All you have to do is sign up! 45 spots available to go, open to grades 7-12. The bus will leave immediately after school and should return around 9 pm. Sign up quick, spots will go fast!

Congratulations to the baseball team for winning the Class 3 District 5 Championship. They advance to play at Palmyra on Tuesday night
Today is the seniors’ last day and they ended it with a couple of laps around the school. Graduation is on Sunday at 2 pm.
This evening's baseball game is postponed due to rain.
